Our racks are located in an 8,000 square foot data center that provides redundant fiber connectivity directly to multiple Tier-1 carriers. The datacenter is equipped with fully redundant Cisco Powered high availability network with 24x7x365 on-site monitoring and redundant power sources.
The hosting facility is located in the Tide Point complex of Baltimore, MD, where many technology-driven businesses also reside. The facility is accessible to approved personnel only. The security surveillance system, multi-level card access and on-site personnel, assure that you have the highest level of monitoring and security.
The data center boasts redundant electric utility power feeds from two separate sub-stations. And the 1,000 kilowatt auto-cutover diesel generator – with a 500 gallon fuel tank and disaster fuel delivery contract – ensures complete power redundancy of all network services. The facility includes multiple CRAC cooling systems, an 18 inch raised floor, and advanced fire suppression system.

All hosting plans are value added services that we offer at cost, except for the advanced business hosting, that we offer below cost. You should choose the highest level plan that fits your budget. The general rule is - the more advanced the plan the better.
